Q45H/79C Total Chlorine Monitor
Q45H-79C Total Chlorine monitors (analyzers, transmitters) are available in two versions, one that includes all components conveniently integrated into a NEMA 4X fiberglass enclosure, and a second that separates the chlorine monitor from the chemistry system for applications where a more convenient display location is desired.
Q45H/62-63 Residual Chlorine Monitor
The Q45H system uses a polarographic membraned sensor to measure chlorine directly, without the need for chemical reagents. When needed, automatic pH compensation may be added for highest free chlorine measurement accuracy.
Q45C2 2E Conductivity Monitor
ATI’s Model Q45C2 Conductivity Monitor provides the reliable and accurate low-level water quality measurements required for such high purity water systems. Monitors provide large, easy-to-read LCD displays with a second display line for indication of temperature or other operational information.
Q45C4 4E Conductivity Monitor
ATI’s Q45C4 4-Electrode Conductivity Water Quality Monitor is the answer for monitoring almost any water-based process. Drinking water, plating bath solutions, cooling water, process wash water, or virtually any other aqueous system can be monitored accurately and reliably.
Q45CT Toroidal Conductivity Monitor
Conductivity measurement in aggressive chemical solutions or in water systems containing large amounts of solids, oils, and greases is very maintenance intensive using conventional 2 or 4 electrode sensors. ATI’s Model Q45CT employs an inductive (toroidal) sensor that allows measurement in corrosive samples with virtually no maintenance.
Q45D Dissolved Oxygen Monitor
ATI’s Model Q45D Dissolved Oxygen Monitor is designed to provide reliable oxygen measurement and help reduce operating costs. Two types of sensing technologies are available for use with the Q45D system: Membraned Electrochemical and Optical (fluorescence).
Q45/84 Hydrogen Peroxide Monitor
ATI’s Model Q45/84 Hydrogen Peroxide Water Quality Monitor is designed to continuously measure the concentration of H2O2 in aqueous systems. Using a direct peroxide sensor, the unit responds rapidly to changes in concentration, enabling operators to control chemical feed to maintain specific targets.
Q45/85 Peracetic Acid Monitor
The Q45-85 Peracetic Acid Monitor uses a direct sensing polarographic probe. The probe is typically used in a flowcell, but a submersible sensor is also available. A permeable diffusion membrane isolates the sensing electrodes from the measured sample, providing long-term stability without electrode fouling problems.
Q45P/R pH/ORP Monitor
ATI’s Model Q45P pH water quality monitor provides the combination of durability, accuracy, and versatility required for virtually any pH monitoring or control application. The Model Q45R provides the same reliable monitoring for Oxidation- Reduction Potential (ORP) applications.
Q45H/65 Chlorine Dioxide Monitor
ATI’s Model Q45H/65 Chlorine Dioxide Monitor provides an economical and reliable measurement system for water quality monitoring and controlling ClO2 treatment systems. With a variety of outputs including 4-20 mA analog and PID control the Q45H/65 is adaptable to any ClO2 application.
Q45N Dissolved Ammonia Monitor
The Q45N Dissolved Ammonia Monitor uses reaction chemistry that converts ammonia in solution to a stable monochloramine compound equivalent in concentration to the original ammonia level. The chloramine concentration is then measured with a unique amperometric sensor that responds linearly to chloramines while eliminating interference from excess free chlorine in solution.
Q45H/64 Dissolved Ozone Monitor
ATI’s Model Q45H/64 Dissolved Ozone Monitor provides an economical and reliable measurement system for water quality monitoring and controlling ozone treatment systems. With a variety of outputs including 4-20 mA analog and PID control the Q45H/64 is adaptable to any ozone application.
A15/79 Total Chlorine Monitor
A15/79 Total Chlorine Monitor uses the standard iodometric method for the determination of total chlorine in highly contaminated samples. A unique sensing technique is used to determine total chlorine concentration, while minimizing system maintenance requirements.
A15/66 Residual Sulfite Monitor
ATI’s Model A15/66 Sulfite Ion Monitor provides the solution to dechlorination control. The system allows continuous measurement of sulfite residuals over ranges of either 0-2 or 0-20 PPM.
A15/82 Fluoride Monitor
ATI’s Model A15/82 Fluoride Monitor provides continuous measurement of free fluoride concentration in potable water. The system employs a fluoride sensitive ion selective electrode (ISE), which provides reliable measurements down to 0.1 PPM and as high as 1000 PPM.
A15/76 Turbidity Monitor
ATI’s Model A15/76 Turbidity Monitor is designed to meet the needs of both municipal drinking water systems and industrial water treatment for reliable, low-range turbidity measurement.
A15/81 Dissolved Sulfide Monitor
ATI’s Model A15/81 Dissolved Sulfide Monitor provides an improved method for measuring sulfides in solution. Rather than using an SIE sensor, the A15/81 employs a polarographic hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas sensor that is isolated from the sample.
