MetriNet is continuing to deliver results across the globe, most recently being put to the test in the Middle East. The ultra-low powered, smart digital sensor technology took part in a trial with the Sharjah Electricity, Water Authority in Dubai, alongside leading competitors, to test its capabilities in offering sustainable solutions for proactive water quality management. The bespoke system, comprising of pH, Conductivity, Pressure and Free Chlorine M-Nodes, was tested over a number of months in extreme temperatures and harsh environments, passing with flying colours. The MetriNet now features on the Authority’s approved specifiers list, offering class-leading smart monitoring solutions to safeguard the future of the water network throughout the Middle East.
July also saw the successful installation of the MetriNet in France, featuring Turbidity, Free Chlorine and Conductivity M-Nodes. Paired with the customer’s chosen data logger, to continually monitor water quality throughout the Parisian network, MetriNet will help the water company to extract deeper, real-time data to support evidence-based investment in networks, optimise performance and enhance operational efficiencies.
